Ami Nacu-Schmidt is the Marketing Communications Specialist for CIRES Education & Outreach and Western Water Assessment. Prior to this, she was the Outreach and Engagement Director at the Center for Science and Technology Policy Research. Ami is currently a member of the Media and Climate Change Observatory (MeCCO) project at University of Colorado Boulder, which tracks newspaper coverage of climate change or global warming on a monthly basis in seven different regions around the world. She is also a member of Inside the Greenhouse, an interdisciplinary collaborative effort that works to deepen our understanding of how issues associated with climate change can be communicated.
